The board will not be shipped until the freight invoice is paid.

Returns

We offer refunds on all full-price items (excluding surfboards) when returned within 30 days of purchase date if the item is faulty, the wrong size or you have changed your mind. Alternatively, we offer a store credit to the value of the returned full-price item/s, excluding shipping costs. We do not offer returns on surfboards unless the surfboard is faulty.
